CLASSIC | CLEAN

This incredible home is an 1800’s historic English Tudor nestled in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood. Our renovation kept the original architecture, expanded the kitchen, relocated the powder room and made sure to maintain all the details the homeowner loved. With a goal to modernize without making it trendy, we kept it classic and emphasized clean lines.

The master bedroom and the great room are prime examples of how we kept the existing furniture, yet were able to convert the overall look into one that felt more modern and stylistic. In the master we converted the canopy bed into a king with tall posts to open the space surrounding it. We kept the original fireplace and grand piano in the great room, yet added custom fabrics to the sectional to update the overall look.

Attention to detail is everything when working with a home that has been hosting tours since 1880. Everything from the hood cover above the stove to the Stikwood reclaimed wood used in the reading nook was custom selected to add value and prestige to the property. A lot of work and time went into making sure the end results were exactly what the family wanted.
