CUSTOM | DAPPER

Custom is a word we never want to overuse however custom service, custom materials, and custom designs are exactly what we specialize in doing. This Breckenridge condo was designed specifically for our repeat Californian client to give them a place worthy of a dapper note. 

Listing every custom detail may take awhile so we’ll highlight some of our favorites. We reupholstered their grandfather’s chair with ostrich white vinyl to freshen the look while keeping the family heirloom. We sought out their favorite Mackenzie Childs ceramic dinnerware and lined the cabinets with their characteristic display. We used a white glazed brick with intermittent, intentionally random laid out blue grey bricks within the kitchen backsplash to make it unique. We designed two diverse yet complimentary dining room chairs. The first being an original AE design with 1940’s curved arm supports and cream linen, and the second a remake of the same cream linen with turquoise polka dot fabric. We personalized their lockers within the ski supply area (not shown in the attached photos). We choose an aubergine houndstooth wallcovering for the backsplash in the bar with purple painted cabinets. And lastly we designed a two tone sofa for their living room that at the time was a fresh, out of the box concept that added a little flare to the common space.

From one room the next we refurbished where we could, customized where we needed, and added elements that represented a fashionable, dapper design.
