Unlike our last featured project Rustic | Homey, these designs were created for a spec home with no owner and zero input regarding the details. We did all the finishes from start to finish. Our selections ranged from the exteriors colors, stone work and all the interiors. It was a true build from the the ground up and highlights some of our finest un-supplemented work.

This featured home is one of our truest takes on modern design. Built during the down economy is 2010 it is still super current and on trend today. The beam work and dry wall without trim on the windows was used several years before it became popular. At AE we create interiors that are current for years to come.
