With a linear and luxurious feel this home provides it all in a modern fashion. A new build and permanent residence for a retired couple that had a main request, to be able to entertain family members and guests, this project was tailored to meet their needs.

The monochromatic palette, tone on tone style, super clean lines and added texture make it mountain modern. We added a wood wall covering along the staircase to mask the elevator and AE customized a banquette for dining instead of chairs to maximize seating. Together these details make way for a place everyone can gather comfortably without losing the spectacular view.

Our favorite part is the dining room which highlights a concrete table, custom lighting, warm throws and stylish pillows to add luxury in a lounge like setting.
