UNIQUE | EDGY

As accustom to any multi-layered project there will always be challenges of varying degrees that we must strategically work through. This Breckenridge based townhome started with a unique scenario in that our client’s were not only based in London, but they had never set foot in the location to see the floor plans. Gaining the client’s trust, making ourselves available to offset the time difference and procuring selections that represent their international style became our greatest goals.

While emailing photo examples of our past work the clients instantaneously fell in love with several features used in our Bold and Raw project. Using the same Silestone countertop, backsplash and dining room lights gave us an opportunity to create something a little more edgy with modern industrial barstools, antique diamond tufted leather chairs and stylistic wall art. Each room has a completely different feel that what originally inspired its development.

Design details aside, it was the process of creating a full concept for the clients to sign off on room by room, implementing the plan and having them walk through the door for the first time in absolute awe that matters. “We wouldn’t change a thing,”  is one of the best compliments a designer can ever receive.
